The Recipe: Classic Chocolate Cake 2019


  • {1/2} cup demerara/sugar
  • {1} tbsp vanilla essence
  • {150} grams of unsalted butter
  • {150} gram of chocolate 70% cocoa
  • {150} grams of chocolate 70% chopped cocoa
  • {3} tablespoons of rice or oatmeal
  • {2} eggs
  • {2} tbsp cocoa powder

Method of preparation:

  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave,
  2. wait for it to warm,
  3. add the two eggs and mix well,
  4. add the vanilla essence,
  5. the cocoa powder and the rice flour,
  6. finally add the crushed chocolate,
  7. grease a pan with butter and cocoa powder,
  8. pour the mixture and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.

  1. 1 fake condensed milk recipe, recipe here: #leitecondfake + 2 tablespoons cocoa powder + 2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil,
  2. stir all over low heat for about 10 minutes,
  3. let cool on a plate.

  6. make a generous layer with the milk brigadeiro nest,
  7. spread well, now put all the brigadier and spread well,
  8. put the other part of the brownie on top and serve! It is AMAZING
