The Recipe 2019: Classic Chocolate Cake


  • {1/2} cup demerara/sugar
  • {1} tbsp vanilla essence
  • {3} tablespoons of rice or oatmeal
  • {150} grams of chocolate 70% chopped cocoa
  • {150} grams of unsalted butter
  • {150} gram of chocolate 70% cocoa
  • {2} eggs
  • {2} tbsp cocoa powder

Method of preparation:

  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave,
  2. wait for it to warm,
  3. add the two eggs and mix well,
  4. add the vanilla essence,
  5. the cocoa powder and the rice flour,
  6. finally add the crushed chocolate,
  7. grease a pan with butter and cocoa powder,
  8. pour the mixture and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.

To the fake Brigadier:

  1. 1 fake condensed milk recipe, recipe here: #leitecondfake + 2 tablespoons cocoa powder + 2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil,
  2. stir all over low heat for about 10 minutes,
  3. let cool on a plate.

For the Brigadier's Nest Nest:

  1. 1 recipe for fake condensed milk,
  2. recipe here le #leitecondfake +2 tablespoons butter + 3 tablespoons powdered milk,
  3. stir over low heat until unglued from bottom of pan,
  4. let cool on a plate.
  5. For assembly: wait for the brownie to cool and cut it into two equal parts,
  6. make a generous layer with the milk brigadeiro nest,
  7. spread well, now put all the brigadier and spread well,
  8. put the other part of the brownie on top and serve!
  9. It is AMAZING

what is the cream colored layer? I don't see it mentioned at all the recipe.

Whatever the 'fake Brigadier' is equals the cream colored layer people are asking about. There appears to be an attempt to provide a link to that recipe/instructions. I believe the recipe matches the photo. I’m having so much trouble trying to determine what language is involved because the English version seems to be a translator, in addition to the font being hard for my older eyes to read. I’d love to make this looks delicious!
